The challenge was to create a dynamic identity that demonstrates the agency’s personalized solutions and breadth of career expertise while communicating feelings of trust and empowerment to a younger female audience. The result is a “living” brand image — fearless, flexible, fresh, friendly and different. The word mark “b_” is adaptable for messaging across a variety of digital and print applications, and invites clients to take control and define their own adjectives. The word mark centers around the concept of what it means “to be” a success in and out of the workplace — to be valued, to be confident, to be investable — all of the things a young working woman wants to be in her career and in life.
